Aleksandra Dedinec was born in Belgrade, R. Serbia on January 22, 1987. She completed her primary and secondary education in Ohrid with continuous excellent success. In 2005 she enrolled in regular studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje, in the field Informatics and Computer Engineering. She graduated on the same faculty on 18.06.2009 with an average grade of 10, with a diploma thesis titled "Optimization of complex network systems" under the mentoring of the acad. Ljupco Kocerev.
Since October 2009 she has been engaged by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje as a demonstrator in the subjects from the field of Informatics and Computer Engineering.
She enrolled master studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje in November 2009 in the field of Computer Networks and e-Technologies. She passed the exams with an average grade 10. On June 13, 2011, she completed her master's degree in the same faculty on the topic: "Modeling and analysis of complex network systems" under the mentoring of the acad. Ljupco Kocerev.
Since the opening of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, since October 2011 she has been engaged by the faculty as a demonstrator on the subjects from the field of Informatics and Computer Engineering, and in 2012 she is employed at the faculty as a junior assistant.
She enrolled in doctoral studies in the field of Computer Science and Engineering in February 2012 at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering in Skopje. On November 9, 2017 she received her PhD at the same faculty on the topic: "Smart grid modelling", under the mentoring of the acad. Ljupco Kocerev. She was elected as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering in February 2018.
Within the framework of her research work so far, she is author/co-author of 5 scientific papers with impact factor and over 15 publications published in international proceedings and scientific journals.
